Company Occupational Health and Safety Policy



By providing organisational, instrumental and economic resources, TECNOMA aims to improve the health and safety of workers in the workplace. Tecnoma is continuously implementing the internal safety management system in its work organisation. 




Tecnoma will continue to implement safety aspects of all existing company activities and future planning as relevant aspects of its business. It is also committed to maintaining the organisation of the entire company structure in such a way that everyone is involved, according to their responsibilities and competencies, in order to achieve safety objectives. 


The company management undertakes to ensure that 


VIGENT LAWS on health and safety in the workplace are complied with: 

INFORMATION ON THE COMPANY'S RISKS is disseminated to all workers; workers' TRAINING is carried out and updated with specific reference to the task performed;

consultation of workers is guaranteed, also through the Workers' Safety Representative (RLS), on occupational health and safety aspects; 

all workers are trained, informed and sensitised to carry out their assigned safety DUTIES; 

the COOPERATION and COLLABORATION of the internal company structure is maintained, according to each one's attributions and competences, in order to


REACHING THE SAFETY OBJECTIVES;


- the machinery is checked from the point of view of safety in order to safeguard the health and safety of workers, with the aim of guaranteeing preventive and scheduled maintenance in order to reduce intervention requests;


in fact, the company's objective over the next two years is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the machine park, and consequently to adapt and improve it, with the accurate definition of ordinary maintenance operations and instructions for safe use


- preventive actions and internal investigations to protect workers' health and safety are prioritised, so as to significantly REDUCE the probability of occurrence of


INCIDENTS, INJURIES or other non-compliances, in order to bring accident rates down to O.


The company has adopted and maintains measures to reduce the levels of risk of the work and/or activities carried out and/or present in the company by following gender-based forms of prevention,


1. prevention and protection measures differentiated according to the tasks and gender of the worker


2. reporting of near misses and/or accidents;


The company has adopted a procedure through which it systematically collects and analyses injuries and accidents occurring at work to its staff.


The company has also adopted and maintains policies and procedures for the management of differences and diversities, which provide for the employment of persons with disabilities or those who are different in general, facilitating their inclusion and guaranteeing them equal treatment in training, recruitment, assignment of tasks/assignments and career progression
